Velour House Cleaning ("Velour," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through velouratx.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, and details about your home (size, requested service, and any add-ons) so we can provide an accurate estimate and get in touch. If you give us your email address, whether on the quote form or by joining our email list, we collect it too.
We use quote request details to prepare your estimate, schedule service, and communicate with you about your booking. If you give us your email address, we use it to send occasional promotional offers and discounts — nothing else, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Every marketing email we send identifies Velour House Cleaning as the sender and includes a working unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days, consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us directly at vhcatx@gmail.com.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate — for example, our website host, a scheduling platform or a payment processor — solely to provide the service you've requested.
If we ever introduce text message updates or reminders, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent before sending them, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Submitting a quote request or joining our email list does not enroll you in text messaging.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
